This keto batter recipe is a game changer for making deep-fried fish, chicken, pork, or vegetables. This batter is simply the best low-carb version around. You’ll be surprised at how good and easy it is to make.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Unflavored protein powder (We use whey protein)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2/3 cup Almond flour
  • 2 large Eggs (Organic, free range eggs)
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/3 cup Sparkling water

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, add salt, almond flour, protein powder, baking powder and mix together. 2. Add the eggs and sparkling water and whisk well. Set the batter aside for 10 minutes before using.
