Keto Batter
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Unflavored protein powder (We use whey protein)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2/3 cup Almond flour
- 2 large Eggs (Organic, free range eggs)
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/3 cup Sparkling water
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, add salt, almond flour, protein powder, baking powder and mix together.
2. Add the eggs and sparkling water and whisk well. Set the batter aside for 10 minutes before using.
